Vista Eye Care is proud to offer the best eyeglasses warranty available at no cost to all patients that purchase their eyewear from our practice. There is no need to pay extra for a warranty because yours is already included:
Lifetime Service Warranty
You may bring your glasses in for minor repair, adjustments or services at any time. Appointments are not necessary for glasses adjustments, and there is never a charge to service your glasses.
Frame and Lens Warranty
Frame Warranty Within 12 Months of Purchase
We honor one frame replacement within 12 months of the purchase date at no charge if deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect. Damaged frames from pets, cars, being stepped on, or super-glued frames will be replaced at 50% of the original cost of the frame.
Lens Warranty Within 12 Months of Purchase
All lenses with anti-glare, or a scratch coating, will have one no-charge replacement within 12 months of the purchase date for normal wear and scratches. For damage above and beyond normal scratches, the lenses will be replaced at a 50% discount. This does not include a change in glasses prescription.
Damaged Lens Coatings Within 12 Months of Purchase
Defective coatings will be replaced at no charge within 12 months, and will not count against the patient’s lens warranty if deemed defective by our opticians. These damaged lenses must be returned to our lab for review.
Lost Glasses, Lenses, or Frames
There is no warranty against the loss or theft of your glasses.
30-Day Return Policy
We will honor a 30-Day return period for any approved returns from the original date of purchase. If approved, you will receive a refund of 75% of what was paid for the custom-ordered product. This amount accounts for the expenses of re-stocking the returned items. Please be advised that your plan benefits may not always be reinstated for returns.
90-Day Satisfaction Policy
There is a 90-Day grace period for any re-makes due to changes to prescription, lens design, material, or for a re-styled frame due to an improper fit. This will be done at no charge to the patient unless there are applicable upgrade charges. No refund will be issued.
