My son was born with Amblyopia and thanks to Dr’s Abert and Pedroza was diagnosed well before he started school. They prescribed patching and worked with us on a schedule we could maintain so that by the time he started school he was not hampered in any way. It was remarkable to see his eyes improve over time to the point where his glasses now allow him to see perfectly. Having a child with glasses, we have had multiple broken frames and the staff has been extremely helpful checking warranties and getting us a replacement. We just had our back to school visit for our entire family and could not be more impressed with the new office.

I had a ridiculously great experience with them. I needed to get a new pair of glasses before school started and just came in to get my glasses prescription. When I asked about it, I was informed my prescription was out of date, so I asked if I could just use the expired prescription or when the next open appointment was and she said about at least a month from now. Being in school and working a full time job doesn’t exactly work with a month from now. The receptionist went to go see if the doctor could extend my prescription, she came back and asked if I wanted to be seen right now. Then after the appointment I had an awesome women tell me what glasses looked great and which didn’t.

This was my second visit to Vista Eye Care for my annual exam. Last time Dr. Brian Abert examined my eyes and this time Dr. Melissa Vanray was available for me and did a wonderful job as well as educating me about my eyes and my changing prescription. I know now to throw out my contacts after a months usage. 😉

Amazing customer service! No matter if I am in getting my annual eye exam or just looking for a pair of new shades, the staff truly cares about my experience. They always make me feel welcome and go the extra step to make sure I understand everything that is presented to me and always help me make the best decisions in my eye care choices. Their new facility is beautiful!!

I can’t recommend Vista enough. Dr. Abert and his staff are always prompt, professional and genuinely great people to work with. They have always worked to fit me into the schedule whenever I needed an appointment, I’ve never had to wait more than a day to get in to see the doctor. Their new, larger location is gorgeous and they have a really nice selection of eyewear to choose from. I highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience, with the whole staff, from beginning to end. I had new insurance this year, so I had to find a new optometrist, which I am very happy with my choice. Love how fast the process was and I especially loved the variety of glasses they had to choose from. My daughter & I both love our glasses!!! I couldn’t be happier. I give my thanks to everyone who helped me that day…. It’s was nice to feel at ease & have all my questions answered. Left there feeling GREAT!!!

I had previously been going to Pearle Vision for the last couple years and I notice that the costumer service was getting worst and the doctor was never the same. Vista Eye Care definitely has better costumer service and the equipment they have is superb. They actually run more test then the other place I use to go too. Everyone is friendly and when looking at frames the sales person was not pushy at all. The doctor we super friendly and answer all my questions. I will definitely be back to Vista Eye Care.

This was my first eye exam in years!! And my experience here was great!! Tara helped me out tremendously and I’m so thankful to her for being patient with me and helping find the right glasses for me.. I have already been telling my friends to go to Vista for their eye care and ask for Tara 🙂
