Lifetime Service Warranty


We are committed to the long-term care of your eyewear, which is why we offer a lifetime service warranty. You can bring your glasses in at any time for minor repairs, adjustments, or general servicing. No appointment is necessary for these services, and there is never a charge for adjusting or servicing your glasses.

Frame and Lens Warranty


We’re committed to ensuring your eyewear meets your expectations and lasts. That’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty on our frames and lenses. Below is a simple breakdown of our warranty policies.

Frame Warranty Within 12 Months of Purchase

  1. Manufacturer’s Defects: If your frames have a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace them at no charge within 12 months of purchase.
  2. Damage Replacement: If pets, cars, being stepping on your frames has damaged them, or if they’ve been super-glued, we’ll replace them at 50% of the original cost.

Lens Warranty Within 12 Months of Purchase

  1. Normal Wear and Scratches: Lenses with anti-glare or scratch coatings are eligible for one no-charge replacement within 12 months if they become scratched from normal wear.
  2. Severe Damage: If the lenses have undergone damage beyond normal wear, you can replace them at a 50% discount. This does not include changes in your prescription.

Damaged Lens Coatings Within 12 Months of Purchase

If the lens coatings are defective, we will replace them at no charge within 12 months. This replacement won’t count against your lens warranty, and you must return the lenses to our lab for review.

Lost Glasses, Lenses, or Frames

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover lost or stolen glasses, lenses, or frames.

30-Day Return Policy

You have a 30-day window to return your custom-ordered product. If approved, you’ll receive a refund of 75% of the purchase price to cover re-stocking costs. Be aware that we may not always reinstate your plan benefits for returns.

90-Day Satisfaction Policy

You have 90 days to request a re-make due to changes in prescription, lens design, material, or if the frame doesn’t fit properly. This will be done at no charge unless there are upgrade charges. No refunds will be issued.
